Kirklees Primary PSHCE education toolkit
All primary schools in Kirklees now have a copy of the Kirklees primary PSHCE education toolkit. The toolkit is on a single disc and provides schools with the basis of a whole school PSHCE ed programme, linked to SEAL and Investors in Pupils. The toolkit gives all the materials for Relationships and Sexual Health Education in years five and six and lesson plans for RSHE in earlier years. To support the lesson plans the toolkit also provides guidance on policy, planning, management and a range of teaching and assessment ideas.
Few other local authorities provide schools with such detailed support material.

All secondary schools in Kirklees now have a copy of the Kirklees secondary intergrated PSHCE education toolkit. The toolkit provides a comprehensive package of support for all areas of secondary PSHCE education, including:
The resource is in DVD format and easily allows schools to adapt the material to fit the needs of the students and local community.
The resource is inclusive of the new secondary curriculum, secondary SEAL, community cohesion, student well being and the Healthy Schools programme.
The toolkit is supported by a range of other materials and represents the most comprehensive package of support to secondary schools in the country (free to Kirklees schools).
