Criteria
A Healthy School:

 Minimum evidence

School has considered the health and wellbeing of all staff

• The questionnaire should be given out to the whole of the school staff
• Questionnaire's should be given out with an envelope that can be sealed for giving the questionnaire back in
• Questionnaires should be handed back to member of staff leading on healthy schools
• The sealed envelopes are then posted to the Healthy Schools team for analysis
• Completed questionnaires will be kept by the Healthy Schools Team
  
• A report of the results will be sent to the head teacher and Healthy Schools Lead prior to a meeting with the Healthy Schools Consultant
• At the meeting the results will be discussed and an action plan will be put in place to address any issues that have arisen from the questionnaires
• The questionnaire results will be shared with all the school staff and they will be informed of action that is being taken as a result
• Progress against the action plan will be monitored by the Healthy Schools Consultant
• A staff wellbeing policy or equivalent will be produced
• The staff wellbeing policy or equivalent will be reviewed at least every two years
