Moor End First School support Hiroshima children

Moor End First School in Cleckheaton is working towards making athousand paper cranes to send to Hiroshima, Japan insupport of the children who died in the atomic bombing of the city.

The story in Japan goes that if you make 1000 paper cranes, the child who is unwell will get better.

Moor End is about half way there and the children and staff have been really busy making the cranes! Well done Moor End, and keep us posted when you are sending the cranes to Japan.
